The Director of Position For Certainty Jason Benney-Morris met with Steven Ciobo the Federal member of Moncrieff and secretary to the Hon. Joe Hockey yesterday to discuss the needs and concerns of senior homeowners and working investors and the potential benefits of the SURE property option, a new product developed by Position 4 Certainty.
The SURE property option is designed to match the needs of senior homeowners with those of working investors to enable homeowners to afford to remain in their homes longer, preserve their wealth and have more money for living, while at the same time enabling working Australians to participate in the capital growth of property with less risk, and no need for large deposits or bank finance.
“These are solutions that the government can’t implement as government policy, however it’s exactly what the government is looking for. We want the market to evolve to bring about better solutions” said Steven Ciobo.
With a population that is living longer and larger percentage of senior Australian’s having little capital outside the value of their own home, better alternatives are important to the well-being of senior Australians to assist in the reduction of dependence on the government and tax payer.
